Kevin S. Kerr

Kevin S. Kerr is originally from Addison, Illinois.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Truman State University and Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark College, where he was a member of the law review journal Environmental Law.  Prior to joining Schneider Law Offices he practiced law and clerked during law school at Newcomb Sabin Schwartz and Landsverk, focusing on employment law and administrative law.  He has practiced before the Postal Service Board of Contract Appeals and was a contributing editor to the BNA treatise on the Fair Labor Standards Act.  Mr. Kerr was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2008.  Mr. Kerr now focuses his practice on Social Security Disability cases. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys playing softball, soccer, and bass guitar.
